Or as a way to enter the workforce after traveling, having children, or being unemployed for a while. As a result, firms like these who hire from bootcamps often find it far easier to diversify their workforce.
Of course, hiring from bootcamps is not the only recruitment solution. But, it is certainly worth recruiting at least some of your tech workforce that way.
