Glo offers the cheapest data subscriptions in Nigeria, but the huge data being offered is best described as “big for nothing.” There was a post we published last year lamenting the poor state of Glo network, but the company isn’t doing anything about this. Nigerians have been complaining and the story remains the same.
I stopped using Glo a long time ago and I’m sure I won’t be going back anytime soon. You buy a 5GB data bundle from Glo and you would be lucky to use 1GB out of it. It’s more like buying a bundle of frustration with your hard-earned money. This is a company that prefers paying celebrities millions of Naira instead of improving its network quality.
Since yesterday, Nigerians have turned to Facebook to express their frustration at the mobile network provider. While some claim they’ve got great network coverage, the greater majority maintain that Glo has to be the worst network provider operating in Nigeria.
At the moment, the GSM network provider’s rating on Facebook has dropped to 2.9 and the negative reviews isn’t ending anytime soon.
Meh I can't even try to use it, so frustrating, I subscribe 1.5gb I managed to use 50mb out of it, very poor since 20 years back, Abeg when una go rich self, Shay una won die for poor network..
Glo network is a waste of time and a cheat to users, Glo should use their money to improve their service instead of using celebrity to boost their their market

Very poor. I actually left aitel for glo, just to realize that I just jumped from frying pan to fire.
I am very sure this present subscription is my last on glo till further notice.
