I've written an article on this topic already but it's been a long time and some things have changed though the procedure is still the same more or less. There are different plugins to easily add paypal donations to your blog if you're on Wordpress but the case is different with Blogger. I had this problem while I was on Blogger platform because every tutorial I read on adding paypal donations to my blog never worked. It's no longer news that paypal is not supported in Nigeria and certain countries like Pakistan ans Sri Lanka. You can, however, open and verify your paypal account if you live in Nigeria or any of these unsupported countries to facilitate your online transactions.If you do not have a liberty account, please read my previous post on that and fund your Liberty Reserve account before proceeding.
