I've been using dozens google's services for years but I got a really crazy error message last night while trying to visit my own blog. At first I thought it was some sort of accidental error that came up due to a minor failure on google's part but I kept trying to no avail. About a couple of weeks ago, google decided to remove all .co.cc sub-domains from it's index. The main reason behind this is the excessive use of this free sub-domain by malware sites. It was a big blow to blogs, forums and other sites using this free sub-domain as they will no longer appear in search results.You could run a google search before, bump into a .co.cc site and get your computer infected with malicious programs without your knowledge.
