Ultra VPN is one of the best server/client SSL VPN solution I've personally used. It encrypts your connection, gives you a different ip address and makes it hard for snoopers to detect you online. One of the features is the "stealthy connect" option which connects you to ultra VPN server and gives you a french IP address. You need to create an account to use ultraVPN though but it's free with no hidden charges. Freegate, A product of Dynaweb International Technology,Inc., is a free software that circumvents internet censorship and bypasses firewall through it's secure tunnels. Freegate is really popular for what it does as it also hides your IP address too. It works with or without proxy and you can easily switch between servers once connected. It works well with almost any browser and IM applications as it processes HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS requests.
