It was reported last year that Mozilla was ready to launch it's own HTML5 based mobile operating system, Firefox OS. It was speculated that it may be a major competitor for Android OS and iOS but considering the the fact that it's main targets are emerging markets and it's more or less a low-end smartphone, it may not necessarily affect the figures of Android, WP8 and iOS sales. Consumer acceptability is one thing but the fact that this new mobile OS stands a good chance in the market can't be ignored. Right from iOS 4.1, I've been using SBSettings and it's one of the reasons that makes jailbreaking your iPhone a worthwhile thing to do. The toggles make things easier as you can just swipe you status bar horizontally to get access to your most used settings. It always came up on top of my recommended Cydia tweaks till I upgraded to iOS 6 last year. Saving your SHSH blob locally guarantees an easy downgrade but in most cases, most people don't even bother about it before upgrading to the latest iOS version. As a matter of fact, I lost my saved SHSH blobs some days ago when I decided to format my hard drive. After resisting for a while, I decided to upgrade to Windows 8 a few days. I could've done an upgrade but I chose custom installation and wiped my hard disk clean. The reason I did this was because I felt a clean install would be great considering the fact that my Windows 7 operating system was already in a mess.
