Is Facebook Really Going to Buy Whatsapp?

According to a report by Techcrunch earlier today, Facebook may soon acquire Whatsapp. Whatsapp is quite a popular cross-platform instant messaging mobile application used in several countries and over the years, it has become even more widely used as lots of mobile devices support the app. Whatsapp Inc has generated income by offering the application for sale at an affordable price of $0.99 at Apple Store, and a yearly subscription of $0.99 for the Android version after using it for a whole year, same with the Symbian version for Nokia. Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA) has turned out to be the most controversial legislation after SOPA and PIPA. If you think this doesn't affect you in any way, I'm sorry to disappoint you because it surely does. You're asking what CISPA means and if you should be worried about it, right? CISPA is a United States proposed law introduced on November 30, 2011 by U.S. Representative Michael Rogers and 29 co-sponsors. It's quite funny how things we used to see in old science fiction movies are coming to reality in the tech world today. Google finally unveiled its long rumored project on augmented vision. Project Glass, as it is called, is truly another laudable innovation from Google. This electronic glasses brings the internet and some Google services right before you including voice commands, video chat, location check-ins, maps and lots of others. Apple Knocks Another Quarter Out of the Park

Tuesday morning brought good or bad news depending on which side of the Mac vs. PC debate you fall on. Apple announced its net profits for Q1, which began in October, were $13.06 billion. Yes, that's billion with a “b,” as in “But how could any company make that much money?” The answer to that question is found in a few different places. First of all, the company sold $37.04 million iPhones in the quarter.
