Lots of pornographic pictures and really violent images have been showing on my news feed and it's rather embarrassing viewing facebook and the person next to you thinks you're viewing a porn site. I saw the fist one earlier this morning and thought it would end there. Ever since, I've been seeing these pornographic pictures all day and it's spreading even faster. run+android+application+on+windows+pc1

If you love Android apps so much to the point you feel like running them on your personal computer, then Bluestacks app player is what you're probably looking for. The possibility of running Android applications has always been an exciting but the first method I found might look a bit hard especially if you're not a techie. With Bluestacks, running your favourite Android applications on Windows OS is easy as running the apps on your Android smartphone though some of the fun of running touch screen apps is lost while using a mouse and keyboard combo. Apps like Pulse still feels definitely useful considering the odds. With Android itself being a semi-open platform for developers to … [Read more...]

Recover Overwritten Files In Windows 7 And Windows Vista

how-to-recover-overwritten-files

I was working on my notebook the other day when i made a really silly mistake: I overwrote a file with another having the same name. I was worried, angry and felt really stupid because once you overwrite a file, you can never find it in the recycle bin. I didn't know what to do and I ran a google search. Some said my case was hopeless, some said I needed to purchase some expensive data recovery software but I finally got a solution that looked rather too easy at first. I ignored it thinking it wouldn't work but it did! I recovered the file I accidentally replaced.Unknown to many, Windows 7 and Windows Vista both have a common in-built feature called Volume Shadow Copy which creates something … [Read more...]

Progress / Loading / Status Bar For Firefox 4, 5, 6 & 7

firefox-loading-bar

Mozilla Firefox remains my favorite web browser, followed by Google Chrome while I don't even use Internet Explorer at all. Firefox went through quite lots of upgrades in the last couple of years, jumping from version 3 down to 7 but I started disliking the design right from version 4 due to some reasons: the progress bar disappeared and the design looked like an imitation of Opera and Google Chrome. I decided not to upgrade and stuck with Firefox 3.6.10 until recently when I had to install an addon which refused to install on Firefox 3. It was the Google+Facebook add-on I wrote a post on a few weeks back that made me upgrade to Fireox 7.0.1 and the design looked a lot different from Firefox … [Read more...]

It might even be your school has a very fast WLAN but the network administrator makes it impossible to watch music videos on youtube or hang out with your peeps on facebook. Crazy, huh? Are you even aware some governments restrict their citizens from visiting certain sites? ( I've heard about China, Saudi Arabia and there's word around that you can't access some sites in Malaysia too). There are even some websites that block visitors from certain countries from accessing their contents but whatever the case may be, there's a way out and after … [Read more...]
