Ultra VPN is one of the best server/client SSL VPN solution I've personally used. It encrypts your connection, gives you a different ip address and makes it hard for snoopers to detect you online. One of the features is the "stealthy connect" option which connects you to ultra VPN server and gives you a french IP address. You need to create an account to use ultraVPN though but it's free with no hidden charges.
