You can download a template and install it but adding certain customizations might be tedious especially if you’re not quite used to HTML editing. I decided to do the little I can to solve this by creating a template with lots of widgets added to the html source. This template is actually a variation of Fortune blogger template by Lasantha of PremiumBloggerTemplates but this looks a lot different from that. I re-sized the sidebars to 200px each and added some color to the sidebars which was initially white.
Other features added include:
-Read more (automatic post summary)
-Related post
-Facebook like button
-Google plus button
-Numbered page navigation (improved)
-Large share buttons below posts
Note:
To edit the header links, go to Design > Edit HTML and search for the anchor text. For example, if you need the header link titled Blogging, search for Blogging in the template. You should see something like this:
<li><a href='http://www.doncaprio.com/search/label/Blogger?&max-results=6'>Blogging</a>
You only need to change the letters in red to your own address and anchor text that will shown at the header.

If i may ask, what if i want the header "pages" removed how do i do it? Pages like blogging, mobile etc.

You can change them instead of completely removing them. It's explained right in the post above.
can i use it for health related blog?
What about the html codes?
I have tried to edit the pages but couldn't. I changed the domain names of those pages to silvaniblog.com but they still points to your sites. And when i changed the parser into "contact us" it couldn't apply.
I couldn't change the colours too.
Don't just know how to do them.
I checked your blog now but noticed that you're using labels that do not exist on your blog. For example, one of the header links labelled BLOGGING doesn't exist in your content. Search for blogging in your template.
You should see this
< a href='http://www.doncaprio.com/search/label/Blogger?&max-results=6'>Blogging< /a >
(without spaces between the html tags)
Edit it to something like this:
< a href='http://www.silvaniblog.com/search/label/Debit%20Card?&max-results=6'>Debit Card< /a >
(without spaces between the html tags)
You can do the same for the rest by applying your own labels to the links. Also, you should create a static page for your contact form. It will automatically appear at the top

It’s somewhere in the head section. I cant remember precisely but try searching for summary_img or noimg. Just adjust the number. I’m about to publish another template you might like though, like the one on doncaprio.blogspot.com
