How to Run Java Applications on Android Smartphones

If you have a new Android phone like Sony Ericson Xperiaia X10, Google Nexus One or Samsung Galaxy, you might have problem running java applications. Jbed Java Emulator allows you to run J2ME/Java applications like Opera Mini and the rest of them smoothly on your android smartphone.

You first need to download the right version of Jbed Emulator compatible with your Android operating system.

Download Jbed Emulator for Android 2.2 Froyo

Download Jbed Emulator for Android 2.1 Eclair

Download Jbed Emulator for Android 1.6 Donut

Download Jbed Emulator for Android 1.5 Cupcake

Installation steps:

1. Install jbed 1.20 Android
2. Click “SD card” on menu
3. Choose your JAR file
4. Install
5. Click on your installed java apps and run

You should install the java emulator to your phone with Android PC suite or any file manager.

    It's Android 1.6 or 2.1, but mostly 1.6. It's working on a friend's Xperia X10 perfectly.

    I did as instructed, when click the SD card, do not select the file .jar, please help me

    I have downloaded jbed emulator for Android 2.3 but when I trying to install it on my Samsung Galaxy Y it gives parse error ‘there is a problem parsing the package’. Please help me.
