It’s been quite a while I last posted CGI proxies but studying my analytics, I found out a huge number of people got here from google searching for CGI proxies. Definitely that means these proxies are widely used for bypassing firewall and web filters in school, work and other local area network with heavy restrictions. So, I decided to run a google search and came up with these few proxies you can use to unblock your blocked sites. They were all tested one after the other and found working as at the time of posting.

HTTP CGI PROXIES
http://pages.sssnet.com/skidz/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi (United States)
http://anonymouse.ru/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi (Russian Federation)
http://web-proxy.org.ua/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi (Ukraine)
http://bobwinz.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi (United States)
http://proxy.jackspartyhouse.com/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi (United States)
http://www.vicariousliving.com/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi (United States)
http://lodgeus.com/cgi-bin/nph-SCAREWAR.cgi (United States)
http://mfp.hostwindsor.com/q/nph-index.cgi
http://87.98.243.193/cgiproxy/nph-proxy.pl (France)
http://uvirtual.dpicuto.edu.bo/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi (bolivia)
http://old.sibicom-irk.ru/my/nph-my.pl (Belize)
http://66.116.196.251/cgi-bin/cgiproxy/nph-proxy.pl (unnited States)
The proxies above might not access secure sites like yahoomail and gmail. The CGI proxies below have SSL certificates and can be used to make secure connections. They are even harder to block since your connection is secure and your network operator might not even see you connecting to the proxy site.
HTTPS CGI PROXIES

You might as well check the last ones I posted. A large number of them still work till date.
I recently posted a tutorial on how you can easily create your very own CGI proxy too. You might wanna check it out.
