Toonel exploits a tunneling technique combined with data compression, runs compressed data frames from toonel client to one of the toonel servers and then these are forwarded to the target host, reducing the size of resources that are transferred between the server and the client makes more efficient use of the user’s bandwidth. It’s 100% Java based, therefore this service can be used on any platform with an installed Java Runtime Environment, including mobile phones.

2. You do not have to input a proxy except if necessary.

This is indeed WoOoOow! Will try to use toonel software if it work’s and I do hope it work’s well and meets my expectations that is to reduce Internet Bandwidth Usage and Tariff . Any way thanks for the one who discovered it and many thanks for sharing what you have discovered.Two thumbs up!
